Welcome to FYNFO. By using our website or starting a project with us, you agree to the following Terms &
Conditions.
1. Services
FYNFO provides digital services including, but not limited to:
WordPress website design
Website development
Landing page design
Portfolio websites
Business websites
E-commerce website setup
Website customization
Basic SEO setup
Website maintenance and support
The exact services, pricing, timeline, and deliverables will be discussed and conrmed before starting each
project.
2. Project Conrmation
A project will be considered conrmed only after the client clearly approves the project through message,
email, call conrmation, or payment conrmation.
Once the project is conrmed, FYNFO will begin planning, designing, and developing the website based on
the agreed requirements.
3. Client Responsibilities
The client must provide the required details, content, images, logo, business information, login access, and
other project materials on time.
Delays in providing required materials may aect the project timeline.
The client is responsible for ensuring that all content, images, brand materials, and information provided to
FYNFO are legal, accurate, and owned or permitted for use by the client.

4. Payment Terms
Payment details will be discussed and agreed before starting the project.
Depending on the project, FYNFO may request advance payment, milestone payment, or full payment
before nal delivery.
The nal website les, launch, deployment, or handover may be held until the agreed payment is
completed.
5. Cancellation After Project Start
Once the project is started with the client’s conrmation, time, eort, planning, design, and development
work will begin.
If the client decides to cancel the project after the website has been fully created or nearly completed, the
client must pay the full agreed project amount.
In addition to the full project amount, a small administrative/cancellation charge of ₹100 will be added.
If the payment is not completed, the website will not be deployed, launched, transferred, or handed over to
the client.
6. Revisions
Basic revisions may be provided depending on the agreed project scope.
Major changes, extra pages, new features, redesign requests, or changes outside the original agreement
may require additional charges.
7. Website Launch and Deployment
The website will be launched or deployed only after:
Required content is provided
Final approval is received
Pending payment is completed
Hosting/domain access is available, if required
FYNFO is not responsible for delays caused by domain issues, hosting problems, third-party service errors,
or delayed client responses.

8. Third-Party Costs
Domain names, hosting plans, premium themes, paid plugins, email plans, stock images, payment gateway
charges, or third-party software costs are not included unless clearly mentioned.
The client is responsible for paying third-party service charges directly or reimbursing FYNFO if FYNFO
purchases them on behalf of the client.
9. Ownership
After full payment is completed, the nal approved website will belong to the client.
FYNFO may display completed work in its portfolio, social media, or marketing materials unless the client
requests otherwise in writing.
10. No Guarantee of Business Results
FYNFO will create a professional and functional website based on the agreed requirements. However, we do
not guarantee specic business results such as sales, leads, ranking, trac, or revenue.
11. Maintenance and Support
Free support, if any, will be provided only as discussed before the project starts.
Ongoing maintenance, updates, backups, security checks, or content changes may require a separate
maintenance plan or additional payment.
12. Limitation of Liability
FYNFO is not responsible for losses caused by third-party services, hosting downtime, plugin errors,
hacking, client-side changes, wrong login details, or issues outside our control.
13. Changes to Terms
FYNFO may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
